Our goal is to develop athletes through all stages of their athletic careers, and guide them as they progress to the highest level. We work with all athletes at the youth, high school, college, and professional level.
We pride ourselves in educating our athletes and instructing proper biomechanics to create strong and fluid movement patterns. With a focus in mobility, all of our programs allow athletes to increase their range of motion, assisting in injury prevention. As athletes, we are put in various and random positions. It is our job as strength coaches to prepare you for those movements by challenging you athletically, creating a true master of movement.
Guessing isn't progressing. All of our athletes are given access to our TeamBuildr app, allowing them to easily record their results and progress. With constant testing and retesting, we are able to determine what the athlete needs and if any changes are necessary to continue progressing.
